This Corporate Centre is a flagship administration building to house all administrative functions that a College this size requires; in one place.
The plan is in an L-shape with a circular vertical circulation core that links the two legs of the L. Internally the atrium, linking the two office levels vertically, is flooded with light from clerestory windows under a butterfly roof. Most offices have glass partitions, which add to the transparency of the interior. The client placed value on branding the building and custom designed external signage, vinyl patterning on internal glazed features forms part of its corporate identity.
